Center (NOC) is designed to centrally manage the company's
entire transport and IP network on a 7x24 basis. Our
highly trained and capable bilingual staff maintains
the entire network with the aid of sophisticated Network
Management Systems (NMS) that deliver a real-time status
view of the undersea and land cable systems, together
with network elements and ancillary monitoring such
as site security, environment, fire etc. for 26 landing
stations. The NOC provides Customers a single contact
point for fault reports, ticketing, technical support
and escalation. |
