Paul W. Scott - President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Scott has more than 20 years of telecommunications industry experience spanning the following: sub-sea networks, fixed line, wireless technologies, broadband, cable TV and the satellite industry. Mr. Scott has been instrumental in the success and growth of Columbus Communications sea cable network business units: Columbus Networks, Caribbean Crossings and Fibralink Jamaica.

Prior to joining the Columbus Group, Mr. Scott held various Executive Management positions with international telecommunications companies in the satellite, cable TV and wireless tower industries.

Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University and a Master of Business Administration from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Dexter Cartwright - Vice President of Finance

Mr. Cartwright has served as Vice President of Finance of Columbus Networks since July 2000. Mr. Cartwright is a certified public accountant and has 10 years of public accounting experience. He held the position of Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche, Toronto, Ontario and at Andersen, LLP in Miami, Florida. He was a participant in the Deloitte & Touche Strategic Career Development Program in Toronto, Ontario during 1994-995.

Mr. Cartwright has an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Accounting, cum laude, from Florida International University. He also holds an Associate of Accounting with distinction from The College of The Bahamas and received the Arthur Young award for the most outstanding accounting graduate.

Eduardo Gandarilla - Executive VP Sales and Marketing

Mr. Gandarilla is a multilingual Senior Executive with more than 20 years of experience in the domestic and international markets delivering high technology business solutions to more than 40 countries, in the wholesale and retail markets for the Telecommunications, Information Technology and Systems Integration Industries.

Mr. Gandarilla has been the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Columbus Networks since May 2003. Prior to joining New World Network, Mr. Gandarilla worked for Teleglobe, a company owned by Bell Canada and AT&T.

Peter Collins - Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Collins joined Columbus Networks in 2000 and has served as Executive Vice President Operations and Chief Technology Officer since January 2003 and is responsible for managing Network Operations, Engineering and Customer Service.

Prior to joining Columbus Networks, Mr. Collins accumulated more than 20 years of international telecommunications experience, working in competitive telecom businesses worldwide. In recent years Mr. Collins served as CTO at Eglobe Inc., USA, Director of Operations for Tele2 AB, Sweden, as part of the executive team responsible for developing and implementing business strategy. He also served in senior technical engineering and sales support positions in Cable & Wireless UK, International Digital Communications (IDC) Japan and Hong Kong Telephone, Hong Kong.
